1 commentIntroduction – The UAE: Heart of the Global Diamond Jewellery Market
The United Arab Emirates has emerged as one of the most influential centers in the diamond jewellery market, connecting world-class craftsmanship with a global luxury audience. Over the last two decades, the UAE — particularly Dubai and Sharjah — has evolved from a regional trade hub into a global powerhouse for fine diamond jewellery manufacturing and exports.
At the core of this transformation stands Dialmaz, a leading diamond jewellery manufacturer in the UAE, known for its precision, purity, and 18K white gold artistry. With over 50 years of trust, Dialmaz has expanded its reach across Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman, setting new standards in the diamond jewellery market for design innovation, certified authenticity, and ethical craftsmanship.
The UAE’s Rise as a Diamond Jewellery Export Powerhouse
The UAE’s success in the diamond jewellery market stems from a powerful combination of strategic geography, investor-friendly policies, and a deep-rooted appreciation for luxury. The nation’s vision to become the global capital for diamonds has driven significant growth in both rough diamond trading and finished jewellery exports.
Dubai, famously known as the City of Gold and Diamonds, now stands among the top five diamond trading centers in the world. Its state-of-the-art infrastructure, including the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), provides unmatched logistics and transparency, attracting both global investors and luxury retailers.
For manufacturers like Dialmaz, the UAE offers an ecosystem that supports growth at every stage — from sourcing and certification to crafting and exporting high-quality diamond jewellery. This solid foundation has allowed UAE-based brands to compete with established markets like Belgium, India, and Hong Kong.
