It starts with a private consultation, either in person at our Bahrain workshop or remotely. From there, our team sketches your design, selects and certifies the stones with you, and hand-crafts the piece in-house before final approval.

Most custom pieces take between 3 to 6 weeks, depending on complexity and stone sourcing. We'll give you a clear timeline during your consultation.

In-stock pieces typically ship within 3–5 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces follow the timeline agreed during your consultation, usually 3 to 6 weeks.

This depends on your country's import regulations. We provide full documentation with every shipment, and our team can advise on what to expect for your specific location within the GCC.

In-stock pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they're unworn and in original condition with certification intact. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale, since they're built specifically for you.
